Legal Counsel

We are looking for a passionate Legal Counsel to join our team at Sunly. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing legal documents related to renewable energy projects, providing advice on energy regulations and legislative changes, identifying legal risks through analysis, and handling corporate legal activities.

• Preparing legal documents related to the development, construction and operation of renewable energy projects.

• Advising on energy regulatory frameworks and the commercial impact of legislative changes

• Identifying legal risks etc. from legal analysis (incl. due diligence)

• Carrying out corporate legal and day-to-day business activities and handling claims and legal disputes

• Assistance in legal matters across the other departments

• Readyness to level up together with the company's growth

• Passionate about renewable energy and future technologies
  

• LLM/Master’s degree in law

• Excellency and accuracy at legal drafting and negotiations

• Curiosity and accountability

• Proficiency in Estonian and English, both in written and spoken

• Previous work experience (from a top-tier law firm) is a strong bonus
