Over 30 technical hires in one year

Our focus has been on sourcing technical talent from the Polish and Estonian markets. When hunting down talent, it has been key for us to identify candidates who have experience working in high-growth startups.

Once suitable candidates have been tracked down, we’ve conducted screenings to understand their motivations and assess their cultural fit with Brainbase. 

Due to the high hiring volume, most of the time, we have worked on multiple roles at once. We even held a sourcing hackathon at the Brainbase office in Tallinn. Taking into account the busy nature of a high-growth company, we have also assisted founders with tasks to enhance the candidate experience, such as preparing offer documents and advising them with employee onboarding.
