Hi, I’m Piret, a recruitment enthusiast with over a decade of experience. My career started by chance when I moved to the UK in 2010, and since then, I’ve worked with some of the largest agencies in the country, gaining valuable experience in contract recruitment. While I enjoyed the fast-paced agency recruitment, I also saw the negative impact it had on candidates due to the lack of human-centric processes.

To make a difference, I joined a government-backed start-up in the space sector where I developed agile, human-centric, and role-specific recruitment processes that provided equal experiences to candidates. Understanding “what good looks like” and identifying a strong “culture fit” for each role was essential in making successful hiring decisions and avoiding bad hires.

Today, I’m proud to be a part of TalentHub, where I work with exceptional people and companies that are changing the world. Together, we develop recruitment processes that not only impress candidates but also engage future employees and champions.
